Pepin, Cyhthia L, 46, former Winfield State Hospital employee was born Dec. 7, 1954 and died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2001. She was a member of the Women's International Bowling Congress.  Since the age of 8 she had suffered from diabetes.

Survivors include husband David; son Joshua; daughers Melanie Young and Heather Gilbert; parents Frank and Louise Scarth, brother Michael Scarth, sister Gina Bowlin, five grandchildren.  Memorial established with the American Diabetes Association.
