Paul Dennis Miller, 71, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025 surrounded by family.  

Born June 8, 1954, in  Winfield, he was the son of Harry C. and Phyllis (Howland) Miller.  He was raised and received his education in Winfield, graduating from Winfield High School in 1972.  Following school, Paul worked odd jobs for several area businesses. 

He was united in marriage to Khamoune “Sandra” Bounpaseuth on September 22, 1984, in Wichita, Kansas.  The couple made their home in Winfield where Paul made his career at Rubbermaid.  He remained at Rubbermaid for 25 years, retiring in 2016.  After retirement, he would take on odd jobs in Winfield.  

He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Winfield.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, going to Henry’s Candy Store, and sitting on the porch swing playing the harmonica.  More than anything, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.  

His family includes his wife Sandra Miller of Winfield; son Jeremy Miller and wife, Robyn of Mulvane; daughter Katie Littrell of Winfield; brothers, David C. Miller of Guthrie, OK; Phillip R. Miller of Winfield; Mark Miller of Tulsa, OK; and his three grandchildren, Abby, Brandon, and Bristol.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents.  

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at the First Presbyterian Church in Winfield.  Interment will follow at Tannehill Cemetery.  A visitation is scheduled at Miles Funeral Service on Monday from 4 to 8 P.M.  The family will greet visitors from 4 to 6 that evening.

A memorial has been established in Paul’s name for the First Presbyterian Church.  Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
