Bruce D. Fell, 67, of Topeka, passed away Monday, April 18, 2022.

He was born November 6, 1954, in Arkansas City, Kansas, the son of David and Verna (Austin) Fell. 

Bruce graduated from Winfield High School in 1972. He later went on to attend mortuary school in Washington State and obtained a certificate of completion.

He was employed as contract worker in auto finance at varies auto dealerships in the greater mid-west for approximately 25 years prior to retirement.

Bruce married Michelle (Payne) Talley on June 15, 1996 in Topeka, Kansas.

Survivors include his wife, Michelle of Topeka; his son, Dalton Fell and his children of Oklahoma; his step-sons, Blake (Jessica) Reed and their children, Brody and Kady of Oklahoma and Miles Talley and his son Sylas of Topeka; his sister, Cyd (Keith) Kocher of Topeka; his niece, Katie Kocher of Topeka; his nephew, Adam Kocher of Topeka and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.  

Bruce was well known for his smoking and barbequing skills. He loved anything with wheels and a motor. He was an avid collector of varies items including marbles, tin toys and miscellaneous nostalgia. Bruce along with Michelle provided a home to numerous dogs and cats as a result of their volunteer work with various rescues.

Honoring Bruce’s request cremation has taken place. No services have been scheduled at this time. A Celebration of Bruce’s Life will be held at a later date. Dove Cremation and Funerals – Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd., Topeka, Kansas is assisting the family.
